Adam Alfia, the Managing Director of Phoneternet LLC, is a pioneer in the emerging industry of personal assistance. On full scholarship, he received his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from Southern Methodist University in 1992. Mr. Alfia founded, owned and operated Overseas Service Haus, Inc., a high-end automobile repair and maintenance chain in the greater Dallas area, with 4 separate locations generating yearly revenues of $6 million. He sold the company in 2006 to a former client to focus on building the future of on-demand concierge. He now directs virtually all daily activities of Phoneternet and is the driving force behind sales, technological innovation, and creative development.
